Biography
Apostle/ Reverend Dr. Angel Marie Williams was born September 9, 1986 in Washington DC, to Katherine Deloris & the late Jimmie Lee Williams. Her family later relocated to Columbia, South Carolina where she currently resides today.
Apostle Williams is highly educated and has accomplished many certificates and degrees. She received her High School Diploma from Eau Claire High School, Associate Degree in Biblical Studies from Morris College, Bachelors in Christian Humanities, Master's degree in Christian Counseling and Doctorate Degree in Theology from School of Great Commission. She is the Author of a book titled “Overcoming Your Wilderness Experience, 31-day Self Reflection Journal.”

When she was 9 years old, she received the Baptism of The Holy Spirit. Apostle Williams humbly accepted the call to be an Ambassador for the Kingdom of God, the one and only true living God in 2015. She has been on fire for the Lord ever since. Apostle Williams was Licensed and ordained by Apostle Dr. Winford Thompson at the Body of Christ Ministry of Orangeburg SC. She became the Founder and CEO of Highly Bless Divine Ministries in February, 2017. This ministry is a vessel in the community. The non-profit organization focuses on Advancing God's Kingdom with community outreach programs and quarterly fellowship events held throughout the year. Apostle Williams believes the gospel can't be contained in the four walls of the church building, because the churches greatest work is accomplished outside its doors.
Apostle Williams encourages individuals to fellowship among the Christian body. She leads unbelievers to Christ and ensures that they have the tools needed to strengthen their faith.
She helps them to develop a firm foundation with their one-on-one relationship with Him.
Apostle Williams has had the privilege to speak at several women’s conferences and enjoys donating her time to changing the community for the better.
Rev. Williams’s motivation that keeps her so upbeat, is, she is focused and enthused about the power of God. She believes in Isaiah 54:17 is because she knows that "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. Also, if she "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding and in all thy ways acknowledge Him, He shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5-6) as she walks through life. Minister Angel encourages fellowship amongst the Christian body. She leads unbelievers to Christ & ensures they have the tools needed to strengthen their faith. She helps develop a firm foundation with God to deepen their one-on-one relationship with Him. Minister Angel has had the privilege to speak at several women’s conferences & enjoys donating time to changing the community for the better. She graduation with her degree for Biblical Studies in 2021 From Morris College.
What keeps her so upbeat and enthused about God and His power is because she knows that "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; & every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn."
